SP Love Lock ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

SP Love Lock requires Sign in with Apple to create and access your account. This keeps your data secure and allows you to restore your data if you reinstall the app or switch to a new device. When you use the App, we collect the following information:

• Apple ID authentication: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier from Apple to identify your account. Apple may also share your name and email address (or a private relay email) if you choose to provide them during sign-in. We use this solely to create and manage your account
• Personal details: Your first name and your specific person's first name
• Relationship information: Your relationship situation, goals, and desired outcome
• Self-assessment responses: Answers to assumption-mining questions about your beliefs, insecurities, and self-concept
• Preferences: Spiritual language preference, affirmation count, and schedule times
• Session data: Records of completed affirmation and visualization sessions, streaks, and reflections

How We Use Your Information

• AI personalization: Your onboarding responses are sent to our server to generate personalized affirmations and visualization scenes tailored to your specific situation
• App functionality: Session data and preferences are stored locally on your device and synced to our server (linked to your account) to enable features like streak tracking, progress history, and profile restoration after reinstall
• Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., which screens are viewed, session completions) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity
• Subscription management: We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your account identifier to manage your subscription status

Screen Time & Family Controls

SP Love Lock uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to temporarily restrict app access during your scheduled sessions. This data is managed entirely by Apple on your device. We do not have access to your Screen Time data, app usage data, or which apps you choose to block.

Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• A copy of your profile and session data is synced to our secure server (hosted on Supabase) to enable backup and AI generation features
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Cloud database and serverless functions (hosts your profile data and generates affirmations)
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Generates personalized affirmations and visualization scenes based on your onboarding responses. Your responses are sent to Claude's API but are not stored or used for training
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription billing
• PostHog: Anonymous analytics

Your Rights & Data Deletion

• You can permanently delete all your data directly within the App by going to Settings > Permanently Delete My Data. This removes all data from both your device and our servers immediately
• You can also request data deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us
• Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app (server data will remain unless you use the in-app delete option or contact us)

Children's Privacy

SP Love Lock is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
