SP Love Lock ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

When you use SP Love Lock, we collect the following information that you provide during onboarding:

• Personal details: Your first name and your specific person's first name
• Relationship information: Your relationship situation, goals, and desired outcome
• Self-assessment responses: Answers to assumption-mining questions about your beliefs, insecurities, and self-concept
• Preferences: Spiritual language preference, affirmation count, and schedule times
• Session data: Records of completed affirmation and visualization sessions, streaks, and reflections
• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your email address or an Apple-provided relay address if you choose to hide your email

How We Use Your Information

• AI personalization: Your onboarding responses are sent to our server to generate personalized affirmations and visualization scenes tailored to your specific situation
• App functionality: Session data and preferences are stored locally on your device and synced to our server to enable features like streak tracking and progress history
• Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., which screens are viewed, session completions) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity
• Subscription management: We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous device identifier, not your personal information

Screen Time & Family Controls

SP Love Lock uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to temporarily restrict app access during your scheduled sessions. This data is managed entirely by Apple on your device. We do not have access to your Screen Time data, app usage data, or which apps you choose to block.

Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• A copy of your profile and session data is synced to our secure server (hosted on Supabase) to enable backup and AI generation features
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Cloud database and serverless functions (hosts your profile data and generates affirmations)
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Generates personalized affirmations based on your onboarding responses. Your responses are sent to Claude's API but are not stored or used for training
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription billing
• PostHog: Anonymous analytics
• Apple Sign In: Authentication (we only receive your email if you choose to share it)

Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• You can request a copy of your data at any time
• Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app

Children's Privacy

SP Love Lock is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
