By downloading or using SP Love Lock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

SP Love Lock is a personal development app that provides AI-generated affirmations and guided visualization exercises. The App uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to temporarily restrict access to selected apps during scheduled mindset sessions.

2. Subscription & Billing

• SP Love Lock offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Monthly plan: $19.99/month
• Annual plan: $99.99/year ($8.33/month)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term

3. Screen Time & App Blocking

• The App uses Apple's Family Controls framework to temporarily block access to apps you select during scheduled session times
• App blocking is voluntary — you choose which apps to block and when
• You can modify your blocked apps and schedule at any time in the App's settings
• In an emergency, you can always access essential phone functions (Phone, Messages, emergency services)
• We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by app blocking during scheduled sessions

4. AI-Generated Content

• Affirmations and visualization scenes are generated by artificial intelligence based on your onboarding responses
• This content is for personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (psychological, medical, legal, or otherwise)
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. You are encouraged to skip any affirmation that doesn't resonate with you

5. Not Professional Advice

SP Love Lock is a self-help and personal development tool. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

6. User Conduct

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the App
• You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of SP Love Lock are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated affirmations created for you are licensed for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SP Love Lock and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We make no guarantees about the outcomes of using the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
